After selecting your prints and putting them into the shopping cart, please see the 'FRAME MY PRINT' tab in the main menu for picture framing options. Once completed, follow the instructions to complete your purchase on our secure order form. If you prefer, you may also call your order into us at (440) 610-2728

What are the sizes of the prints you offer?

Please click on the image and a detailed description will appear along with the images size.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most unframed and framed orders take 2-4 business days for delivery. Many of our orders ship even faster.

Can I order multiple prints?

Any number of prints can be ordered either on line or by calling us.  Please remember we can ship any 5 unframed prints for 1 shipping charge if all of them are shipping at the same time and going to the same destination.  Call us at (440) 610-2728 for volume and shipping discounts that may apply.

What do I do if the billing address is different from the shipping address?

No Problem!  When you place your order you will be asked for separate billing and shipping addresses. 

Do you have Next Day or Express shipping?

Yes, we do offer overnight delivery on most  orders. Please call for more details. Special overnight orders are always welcome.

 

 

What if I order and receive the wrong print?

Call us right away at 440-610-2728. Our shipping department can help you to quickly resolve the problem and ship the correct product out to you.

Who do you use for shipping?

All items are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Contact us for international shipping rates.

Do you sell framed prints? 


Yes!  Sky Shore Prints does not believe in cutting corners - only providing high quality framing that is designed to last many years. Our custom framers each have many years of experience and assure your complete satisfaction. Please check the 'FRAME MY PRINT' for more information.

Yes, you can be confident when placing your order on our secure site. The  Verisign logo you see on our site assures your security. Please call us at 440-283-5653 with any questions you may have and to place an order if it is more convenient.

What do you do with my information?

We keep your information for shipping and invoicing strictly private. Occassionally we will send an e-mail about a special sale that only we are running.
